あらすじ
震災の被災地に派遣された自衛隊員の春日三尉は、自身も津波で妻と幼い娘を亡くしていたが、それを隠し、任務に身を捧げていた。そんな彼が、被災地の避難所で、同じく家族を失い、心を閉ざした少年・吉村和樹と出会う。やがて和樹は、自衛隊の活動を静かに見つめながら、自らも人々を助けようと行動を起こし始める。絶望の底で出会った2人は、希望を信じて歩みを進めていく。
